Love and dirt racing collide in the hard-driving Alabama Dirt. Ty Hargrove (Michael Roark) is a young country boy living in poverty with his father (Tracy Lawrence) at the edge of a clay pit in Bay Minette, Alabama. In spite of his disadvantages Ty is determined to succeed. By day, Ty's a manager at his uncle's telephone pole plant but by night he pursues his passion, racing on the dirt track. Ty and his best friend, Lurvy Wilson have spent countless hours building their racecar with the dream to beat the local winner, Snake Turner, and ultimately go all the way to the state championship. When Snake's long-term girlfriend falls for Ty their rivalry only intensifies. A sudden death in Ty's family leaves him broken and without a sponsor and the whole town rallies behind him even as Ty finds it hard to believe in himself. Can he reach deep down and find the winner inside?
